Commercial Lending I is a pre-requisite. This course examines an actual mixed-use (retail, office space and multi-family) property. Analysis of each segment of the property is completed with a final overall analysis of the entire building. A small segment of the course is directed toward securing intermin financing, if needed during renovations.
